Venison Steaks In Wine

Yield: 2 servings
2 sm venison steaks
1 tb butter
1 dash of fennel
1 garlic salt
1 basil
1 white cooking wine
Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Put steaks in pan and add
fennel, garlic salt and basil. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until done to
your liking.
